Procedure :
Pizza Dough
In a bowl, put warm water (80 to 110F). Combine salt and honey using a spoon to mix them. Add yeast, mix and leave it for about 10 minutes. Slowly add flour and olive oil and start mixing. When the mixture gets too heavy to mix, knead the dough using your hands. Continue kneading the dough until you form a smooth ball. Coat the dough with olive oil, place it in a large container and cover it with kitchen wrap or a grocery bag. Allow the dough rise for about an hour at room temperature, then push it down again to release the extra air. Let it stand for about another hour. Put the dough on a lightly floured surface, put a bit of flour on top and make it into the shape of a pie by stretching it out from the center outwards. Use a rolling pin until the dough is about 1/4" thick. Punch some holes in the dough using fork to let the air escape while the pizza is in the oven
Toppings You can use tomato sauce, sausage, onions, green peppers and then cheese. Bake at 450 degrees on greased pan for 12-15 minutes.
