Thus, women get several advantages from sports activities so they join different programs. Presently, a popular fitness activity for women are women’s marathon because they like the charitable cause behind it. The beginnings of women’s marathon can be traced back to 1984 Summer Olympics where it first happened. An American woman named Joan Benoit became the champion of that historic event. Nowadays, a lot of people participate in women’s marathon for different reasons but they have one thing in common: they all get healthy from running.
